Halloween Horror

Hey Guys,Halloween just passed for 2 weeks, and sorry for the late post, due to the load and amount of work from the school.Halloween here is kindda crazy, all the people do a lot of makeup just to make themselves look "horror".But for me,instead of horror,i would rather to say that it was creative.I saw ghost bride, ninja turtles(which i think was funny),dracula, some even make up as priest(i give full respect to him that he dare to wear this out, knowing that there are so many devils out there that night.Haha,he got a high possibility to get bashed by those devils.),hmm some of them makeup as a cat,and mummy and lots more, great experience indeed, the only thing that i never encounter which duncan previously anticipate it,that was kids knock on the door and ask for "trick or treat?"hahaha
I didn't do anything special for this,as i got my hand scratched due to some kind of accident. But however, next year,i will be back.......so please stay tuned.....and following are some pics.

Starring Michelle,I am working as a makeup artist, asking for my consultation what should they makeup to make herself looks"creepy"....I guess i can start to demand for some consultation fees next time, whoever wants to ask me for my personal experience.

The 4 ghost from Langhorn road,i would say the two guys more like burglars.hahahaha,i don't think people will scared of them because of they look horror, but instead dangerous that they might rob them....

As requested, the whole halloween night before leaving the house to 'scare' the people on the road. Just to cope with the atmosphere here,i have to "look" that i got scared by those ghost, for this picture, they said i should go and participate drama club.Haha

Oh,this is one of the halloween photo which I don't find that it is scary but lovely instead...lol

Ok,i will try to come out with more post of my life here, but due to heavy load works here,i can merely breath....sob sob,why did i chose law?But in reality there is nothing to regret.....

Just Somthing About Law

Actually who can give me an answer what does law means and what is the aim for law?

After three weeks of studies,I can say that I know part of the answer and don't know the other part of answer,Law was said that is unpredictable, due to some "surprising lawyers",economical, political, social change that made that law changes from time to time to cope with the social in this world. But if this is true,we will lose something that we call consistency in law, people have to keep on update themselves to know the newest information about law. Due to what i said just now,law is radically unpredictable,if this is also true, how do people get the feeling of secure and safe or to say safely bounded by law?

That is the question, the three weeks time here, made me think a lot,not to say just in terms of law,but in every aspect. The tutor here are just really good, of course not most of them, but at least some of them. They made me really think a lot.My previous thought was, in this world, law only got 2 sides, its either you are right or you are wrong. But do you know sometimes, even though the lecturer himself can't give me an answer for that.

Dr Ed Bates told me something that is very important, you must change your mind set that, law is never certain,What?law is never certain,I am thinking all the way when he told me this,if law is not certain, how do the people find or seek legal method in order to solve their dispute?Headache indeed.Well, it didn't take me 1 week to figure out the answer,if law is certain, and the utmost certain. Then we won't need that many lawyers in this world,or to say we won't need lawyers in this world,Judge can decide everything,if law is so certain, why do we need lawyer to argue,if it is so certain.True indeed.

Just this 3 weeks, I am glad that i heard what uncle Barry said to me,in order to study law, nevertheless, language is very important, but on the other hand, what is more important than language,it will be our very own unique analyze skills. At first before come to UK to pursue what i always wanted to be,just i found that everything can't run away from how do we think. We won't be able to find answer directly from the books or cases. If you think that just read books and cases will be more than enough, that is totally not true.It always takes me at least 1 hour to understand a new case, maybe you can say that I am slow, but from what u read from the case literally, you can't get the essence of the case.

To find the niche in my course, maybe its still too early to say that, just 1 month,I have not really know which one i am really into.Even to choose whether to be a barrister or a solicitor that really have to do a lot more research on it,maybe it still early for me to decide on this, maybe just after winter, right after winter,i will make up my mind.I know that my parents do have really high hopes on me to finish the studies can they can be proud of me.If not they won't sent me to UK for studies.Just have to work hard and delve into the books and cases everyday.

Back to the case, just give you guys some of the tricky cases which sometimes, you also don't know whether to say correct or wrong.
Firstly,Lets say if a man car driving down on a slope, and suddenly a small little girl came out to the road and got banged by the car.According to this situation, who should have the criminal liability? The little girl?she was so innocent till don't know anything about this world, and the situation like this she is considered as the victim, does she still need to bear the criminal liability anymore? That means driving a car and hit someone you won't bear any criminal liabilities? If not this little girl, then is to say that the man should bear the criminal liabilities? But looking at the man's perspective,he is just driving as normal, who ever anticipate that a little girl will come out, from common sense view, its not his fault,he did whatever he could as just being an obedient citizen,a man just happens to occur negligence or to say omission also need to bear criminal liabilities?

Secondly, just common sense question. In a shop,a perfume labelled as 5 pounds and when you want to pay for the item at the counter, then only the staff told you that there was a mistake of labelling, actually the price of the perfume is 10 pounds. And you travelled all the way from maybe like Malaysia to UK just to by this perfume, and what answer you got was this.Do you think they should sell you the item at the labelled price(5 pounds) or the newest price(10 pounds)?

Actually I like one of my criminal law tutor, what he said to me was,law is always common sense, you must think for the previous case, common sense would tell you that, its their problem, they should sell you at the labelled price. This tutor was really good,in fact what he told our tutorial group was,I don't want common sense answer,my aim is not to train people up to have good common sense, instead i want to train up lawyers, give me some legal answers.....That really inspired me,haha got a lil bit of feeling like a "lawyer",talking about legal issues with other "lawyers",debating and the tutor will be like the judge. The tutor won't give you an exact answer, all what they do is guide you to think, which i think is pretty important!

That is just a sample argument why do I need to think so much?In uni,its not the time for student to ask teacher why,but in fact, the teachers are asking us the why question, its quite challenging though, but i like it,or it will be more appropriate to say I LOVE IT!
